KatzDesignGroup was tasked to transform a bare space into the welcoming East Valley Urology Center in Queen Creek, Arizona.

Dr. Rahul Mehan called me one day and said, we found this incredible space, it is a shell and I think it would be perfect for our next Urology clinical space. Indeed, the space was incredible. It was a homebuilder’s design center that was wide open and empty. It has incredible bones with huge windows, cathedral ceilings, wood beams, ivy exterior. KatzDesignGroup designed the space for their new medical office space. We worked with KQ Architects to fill in the patio giving us additional sqft for the future 2nd-floor tenant. The space was designed to have a modern Santa Barbara modern aesthetic. We used a lot of natural colors and whites. Each exam room and procedure room have different accent wallcoverings. They have given themselves the nickname, “snip city” for all the vasectomies they perform. I thought it would be fun to bring that name to life in the staff lounge. It was a huge hit and they love taking photos with their patients to post on Instagram with that being the background. Very happy client.
