Clínica Baena Martín Podiatry & Physiotherapy
Alem Arquitectura designed the minimal Clínica Baena Martín Podiatry & Physiotherapy in Madrid, Spain.
In Alem arquitectura we have carried out the design of Baena Martín podiatry and physiotherapy clinic in Alcobendas, Madrid.
We have accompanied our clients throughout all phases of the project: from the beginning, visiting the raw premises, making the first distribution sketches and establishing a design concept that would be identifiable with the values of the company and its personality.
The chosen aesthetic is a palette of neutral tones, creating a contrast with the black iron finials of the locksmith and the walnut wood for the interior carpentry.
The carpentry details make the difference, the long bench in the waiting room is visible from the outside, it integrates a flowerpot and a small table with magazines in the corner. The counter has a curved modern design and accompanies the patient’s journey to the treatment rooms. Inside, there are rooms specialized in chiropodology, physiotherapy and biomechanics.
We have also designed the furniture for each consultation with our trusted provider Estudio R3. The sterilization room forniture has also been manufactured with a white laminated top, handle drawer integrated into the edge and porcelain countertop. The room with double sliding doors makes it easier for staff to move around.
We use light as another interior design element. We combine lighting in small elements, indirect lighting, and lighting for optimal work conditions in treatment rooms.
Besides of the design of the clinic, we take care of the licensing process, both activity and health licence. The experience of our architecture studio allows us to provide a comprehensive service to help our clients in their professional challenge.
