Mounds View Family Dental was in desperate need of more space but wanted to remain within their beloved community. Relocating just across the street from their previous space, Mounds View Family Dental started from a blank canvas, transitioning three separate suites into a cohesive, contemporary space that more than doubled the original clinic size. Their primary objective was to create a design-forward environment that stands out from traditional dental clinics while enhancing the patient experience.

The soaring ceilings in the lobby immediately create a striking first impression, setting the tone for the interior architecture. Flowing curves throughout the clinic, inspired by the clinic owner’s Brooklyn upbringing, add cultural richness and art-deco aesthetics, infusing brightness and warmth into the space. The design team incorporated a bold color palette of greens and blues with varied patterns, adding vibrancy and energy to the clinic. These elements work together to create an inviting atmosphere that attracts and makes patients feel welcome.

A key focus was showcasing cutting-edge technology, highlighting the clinic’s expertise through prefab glass walls that offer transparency and a glimpse into the advanced digital lab. This integration of technology underscores the clinic’s commitment to providing top-of-the-line dental services. The relocation allowed for the creation of more staff-dedicated areas, including private surgery rooms, a larger break room, and additional office space. These enhancements elevate the day-to-day experience of the staff, ensuring those directly responsible for patient outcomes can provide the best care possible. The thoughtful layout optimizes flow and productivity, catering to both patient and staff needs.

By continuing to serve the Mounds View community, this revamped dental clinic provides for an underserved and diverse population, offering not only exceptional care but also fostering a sense of belonging. The new clinic ensures that all patients feel valued and cared for, reflecting the clinic’s dedication to elevating the dental experience for everyone.
