Boulder Associates completed the Hoag Tustin Legacy Medical Office Building to be a proficient medical service provider for the surrounding area of Tustin, California.

The Hoag complex at The Village at Tustin Legacy integrates multi-level healthcare services within a 22-acre retail center in the casual, contemporary architecture characteristic of the Southern California region. The facility offers urgent care, imaging, diagnostics, lab, pediatrics, and physical therapy services. The programming of this facility was based on analyzing industry trends coupled with specific identified needs of the rapidly growing family-oriented community surrounding it. Hoag’s vision was to provide exceptional care to the local community while exhibiting their clean contemporary brand of healthcare and to communicate their initiative of “high-tech high-touch”. The design uses timeless accents of stone, wood, and metal accents to follow suit with the retail portion of the site allowing the landscape to blend the scale between the highly traveled roads around the site and the surrounding residential space.
