Ritter Maher Architects designed a thoughtful facility for senior care at The Lodge at Lane in Zachary, Louisiana.

Ritter Maher Architects was asked by John Staff and Home Town Health Management to design and build this skilled nursing home and assisted living facility in Zachary, Louisiana. Ritter Maher Architects began working with John Stagg and his team to come up with a design to meet the needs of present and future clientele. The Lodge is approximately 69,228 square feet of conditioned space plus 5,225 square feet of courtyard space. This nursing home includes 51 assisted living beds (12 of which are memory care) and 39 skilled nursing are housed under one roof with amenities including a fitness center, protected outdoor area (to meet the COVID-19 demands).
