arcDESIGN and Meticulous Design + Architecture collaborated on the Eskenazi Health 1700 N. Illinois FQHC Clinic & Mental Health renovations in Indianapolis, Indiana.

Earlier this year, arcDESIGN and Meticulous D+A wrapped up a renovation project for an Eskenazi Health Mental Health Clinic located just north of downtown Indianapolis. The goal of the project was to relocate services on the first and third floors, while revamping their service model to attend to patient needs more accurately. arcDESIGN designed the new FQHC clinic to provide patients with dedicated access from the street level, to include additional exam rooms, consults, and refreshed group rooms. The waiting room and Pharmacy were able to welcome patients more effectively through expanded queuing space and well-lit public zones. On the third floor, Meticulous D+A designed the south wing to create additional consultation and office space as well as find new locations for the day therapy, activity, and group rooms. Interior finish and furniture updates by Four Point Design brought a new sense of vibrancy to the space.
